Misplaced Post Code
In am using MS Office 2003. When I try to address an envelope in Word by Tools > Letters and Mailings > Envelopes and Labels and using Insert Address from Contacts, the Post Code is shown at the end of the penultimate line, instead of as a stand alone on the last line of the address as it is displayed in Contacts.
How do I correct: Alison Richards Down House Abbotsham EX39 5BG BIDEFORD to: Alison Richards Down House Abbotsham BIDEFORD EX39 5BG How do I get the Post Code in the correct place?
