When I copy/paste information into a new word 2010 document, the text often does not extend as far to the right border as the default formatting would allow.
I have to go in, line by line, and delete the paragraph marker to extend the line. Is there a tool that would do this automatically for me? I have chosen the right click and paste options, but, so far, nothing extends the text as far to the right as it can to. I have tried to use find/replace, select paragraph marker and replace with a blank space, and this works as long as I do not select the entire first or last word. This approach makes it necessary to go paragraph by paragraph, which can be tedious for a long document. If I select the entire document and apply the find/replace solution, I eliminate all paragraphs, which is not a good solution. Any suggestions? |
