Default Page X of Y is missing: help

Hi All,
I tried to insert page number at bottom and realised that 'page x of y' option is missing while compare with my colleague word 2007. Is there any thing that I missed during installation?

You should see the option if you click Insert tab | Page Numbers | Bottom of Page (or Top of Page); you may have to scroll quite a bit in the gallery.

If the option isn't there, you can add the required fields manually. First activate the header and footer area, for example by double-clicking the header. Type "Page"; then press Alt+Shift+P which adds the current page number. Type "of" and press Ctrl+F9 to insert field delimiters, { }. Type NUMPAGES between the field delimiters. Select all and press F9 to update fields.

Thanks Stefan for advice. I did not see the option in gallery even though I scroll down until end of scroll bar. So I tried to type page alt+shift+p, etc and clicked on f9 to save it. But from gallery this option is not shown yet. What I wanted is for future use long term solution rather than each time i need to remember typing those command at footer or header area...

Once you have created the fields, you can recreate the Quick Part: Select the fields plus the typed text, and then click Insert tab | Quick Parts | Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery. Be sure to select the building blocks template or the Normal template for storage.
