Can't get rid of Times New Roman

I just wanted to say: thanks. It drove me crazy and I did permission repair for the template and all kind of stuff, even dig as deep in the library as possible, but nothing helped.

To deactivate Times New Roman as a default fallback font in Mac Office 2011:
Word > Preferences >Edit > Uncheck "Match font with keyboard"

And that's all there is to it.
