Exclamation Can I install auto correct list that I created my own?

Hi, I'm a Math teacher and I set test paper with some diagram and symbol that I used regularly. I used auto correct function to make those keys into a shortcut key so I do not need to keep redrawing the diagram or find the symbol all the time. I like to shared with my colleague in school by creating all this shortcut key into a install application so the teacher do not need to input the shortcut key one by one themselves. Is there a way to do it? Please help!
