How do I remove items from my Work menu (I'm using MS Office 2008 for Mac)?

Default Deleting from Work Menu

Thanks, but that doesn't work in Office 2008 (for Mac). It certainly used to but not any more. Now I can't find any way to delete items from the list .... very annoying. Any other ideas?

Sorry, I haven't used Word on a Mac since Word 5.3 (I think) around 1995. At that time, the Work menu was supported by MS.

You might try asking your question at http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/mac/forum/macword.

If you get an answer, I would appreciate it if you could post it here. I might add it to that web page.
