Copying and pasting from Excel

Hi All

I am currently working with two documents - Excel and word - My excel data is continuosly updating and as such I have complied a load of charts from the data - As this updates so to does the charts in Excel.

I have copied these and pasted to a word document but they do not update?

When I paste I have five paste options.



1 - Use destination Theme and Embed Workbook (H)
2 - Keep Source formatting and Embed Workbook (K)
3 - Use destination Theme and Link Data (L)
4 - Keep Source formatting and Link Data (F)
5 - Picture (U)

Which Do I choose as none of these seem to update the charts?
