Default From Excel to Word?

I try and copy from Excel to Word but it doesn't fit because the lines in Excel are too long and runs off the page when I transfer them to Word. How can I correct this?

Hi lostsoul,

If you're pasting an Excel object into Word, it has to fit on one page. If it doesn't, you can scale it down to fit by dragging the sizing handles from any corner. Limiting the line lengths in Excel as much as possible is also a good idea. If these measures result in an object that's not too small, problem solved. Otherwise, you'll need to do something like changing the object wrapping to square, and/or the page margins (if that'll give enough area), or paste the data as, say, a Word table.
