Hi all
I am a total nob in office. I have a world document about 450 pages large.


The Font size is 14.I want to reduce the Font size to 9 to rearrange the text and to delete the empty pages. I managed to select the entire text and to reduce the Font size to 9 but the number of pages remained the same and i have now plenty half empty pages.
How can i fast rearrange the text and delete the empty pages??

Hi Jokko,

That suggests someone has inserted manual page breaks or 'Next Page' Section breaks at the end of every page. Appalling document design! You can use Find/Replace to delete all such breaks, where:
Find = ^m
Replace = nothing (or whatever else you want to replace them with, such as a space or paragraph break)
