I wish to make a table of contents so that each header in different sections will appear. In section 1 at the beginning I have gone to Insert/references/automatic table of Contents version 2. Then in section 2 I have ckicked on the header and applied style header 1. In section 3 I have clicked on the header and applied header style 1. However they do not appear in my TOC in section 1. What am I doing wrong? Kind Regards Chris |
