How do I use "Change Case" with Styles?

Default How do I use "Change Case" with Styles?

"Change Case" is part of the Fonts section on the default menu bar, but I don't see how to use it in a Style. It makes sense that I should be able to change case with Styles, but I just don't see how or where.
