Hi,
for my references in a report I used the function 'insert an endnote' from the tab 'references - footnotes' (all translated from dutch). Now this is working fine but word 'demands' the references to be at the very end of the document. I want to add the chapter 'appendix' below it, but now word will not index this as a seperate chapter in my 'table of content'. It numbers the appendix as chapter 1 while it should be 15. Also all pages below the references have a black line at the top, I want that gone. any tips?? I need to add 2 extra chapters after the reference section |

Well, the article clearly describes which option needs to be selected, and the Page Setup dialog box is exactly the same in Word 2007 and 2010.
