Hi,



for my references in a report I used the function 'insert an endnote' from the tab 'references - footnotes' (all translated from dutch).

Now this is working fine but word 'demands' the references to be at the very end of the document. I want to add the chapter 'appendix' below it, but now word will not index this as a seperate chapter in my 'table of content'. It numbers the appendix as chapter 1 while it should be 15.

Also all pages below the references have a black line at the top, I want that gone.

any tips?? I need to add 2 extra chapters after the reference section

thx although not really helpfull since it shows how to do it with word 1941. It did lead me to some other forum. The link below eventually did it for me.

Well, the article clearly describes which option needs to be selected, and the Page Setup dialog box is exactly the same in Word 2007 and 2010.
