That's not really what I want.
I want to print the new, changed document but I don't want those red remarks that 'track' the changes for me. I tracked changes because I want them, yes, but I also want the ability to print the new, corrected document, without all the red print. Which (the red stuff) is a bit half wanted/half not wanted, isn't it? Because the additions, which I want, are in red, and the remarks about deletions, which I don't want, are also in red. I've failed to find in the multitude of writings in the Help for Word just how to deal with this. Can anyone help? regards, ab ![]() |

It's called markup and you can turn it off. In version 2003 it's located in the View menu and in version 2007 it's located on the Review tab
