Can I Print Without 'Tracked' Changes?
That's not really what I want.
I want to print the new, changed document but I don't want those red remarks that 'track' the changes for me. I tracked changes because I want them, yes, but I also want the ability to print the new, corrected document, without all the red print. Which (the red stuff) is a bit half wanted/half not wanted, isn't it? Because the additions, which I want, are in red, and the remarks about deletions, which I don't want, are also in red. I've failed to find in the multitude of writings in the Help for Word just how to deal with this. Can anyone help? regards, ab |

Print Without 'Tracked' Changes
It's called markup and you can turn it off. In version 2003 it's located in the View menu and in version 2007 it's located on the Review tab
