Default Include pictures in .docx

Hi
I have a .docx document returned from a translator. They altered all the text according to the desired language.
Now I'm changing all the pictures to match the text.

Since I will be using the document as .htm in the end, I convert it to .htm (by "save as").
This produces a separate folder containing all the pictures. Nice!
I now change the pictures to match, and adds the .htm to my end project.

Now the problem arises...
I need to save the .htm file as .docx as well in our network drive for documentation purposes.
I can easily convert the .htm to a .docx but WORD insists on making references to the pictures in the separate folder.
Not including them in the .docx
This i qutie useless, how do I trick WORD to included the pictures in converted .docx file.

Hi bagaksel,

After creating the docx file, you can break the links. The easiest way to do this is from the 'Edit Links to Files' option, for which there's a button you can add to the QAT, or can be accessed via Word Options|Prepare.

Couldn't you explain it a little closer.
What is 'QAT' and where do you find the 'Edit links to files' option ?

QAT = Quick Access Toolbar. To add the button to the QAT in Word 2007, simply right-click on the QAT (it's usually above the Ribbon) and select Customize Quick Access Toolbar > More Commands > All Commands, then scroll down till you find the 'Edit links to files' entry.
