Grammar checking isssue

Hello All:


I am not sure why the grammar checker is not behaving as it should. Please see the scenario below.

Type the following sentece in Word 2010

I am applying for a job witch where ,they will no me for my experience in the Insurance industry.

I am trying to figure out why the spell checker in Word is not flagging the word witch with a squiggly blue underline while the word 'no' is flagged with a blue squiggly line.

Any thoughts and ideas appreciated?
