Custom Properties

Hi, I am trying to add a custom property into the main 'File' Tab on Microsoft Office Word 2010.

I have set the custom property up but have to go into the 'Advanced Properties' dialouge box to change this. Is there a way to add this into the main page to save me doing this everytime?
