Default Table doubles up in MS Word 2010 but not in 2003

I have a table in Word 2010 that doubled (mirrored or copied) it self. I tried to delete the bottom one but it also deletes the top one.
If I try to put the cursor on the first cell by double clicking in it and it sent the cursor on ht ebottom table's first cell.

If I try to select the text in the rows it selects the same rows in both table at the same time.
It exactly if it was a mirror.

If I opene the same document in Word 2003, everything is ok. one table on three pages. there are 6 pages (since it repeated) in Word2010.

I tried to do a copy and past in a blank document but it doesn't work. It stills double table the thing.

really don't know what to do.

PS
All MS Word document with tables created before with 2003 are doing the same thing.

The one I'm trying to fix. The table was deleted and my client started all over again and it is still doing the same thing.

Thanks in advance.
Ju
