Default Insert Multiple hyperlinks to word repeated in doc - easily

Hi,
My document has many repeated words and each word needs to be linked to a webpage (same words go to same webpages).
Example: 45 pages, the word "newsletters" appears at least once on every page, different text/content. Every "newsletters" must be linked to the same webpage. Repeat that by about 865 words, "handbooks" gets linked ot handbooks, etc.
Find/replace does not keep the hyperlink.
Help appreciated, greatly.
**I saw some macros but can't use them because the messages don't show what a user at my level would need, as in "click ppp, then click yyy, copy text below, paste it in the box, change the letters xxx in the text below to the letters of your word to be replaced, change the letters zzzz to your hyperlink...."
Gentle guidance needed and appreciated, (-:

Synthia

Hi Synthia,

Copy you hyperlink to the clipboard, the use Find/Replace, where:
Find = newsletters

Thanks so much, your reply brings me closer than ever before and is so simple, but I need the text to be replaced with the same text but hyperlinked to the hyperlink, so "Newsletters" becomes "Newsletters" (hyperlinked)

but the method below replaces the word text with the url.

Any more suggestions?

Thanks again

Hi Synthia,

Have you tried it? Does it do what you want? Are you now saying you want the hyperlinked text and not the url that goes with it?

Yes, I tried it, it works VERY WELL at replacing the text with the URL. The original question was worded "Every "newsletters" must be linked to the same webpage. Repeat that by about 865 words, "handbooks" gets linked to handbooks, etc."
Not being an advanced user I did not word the question well, sorry, I need to replace multiple words with the same words-hyperlinked to the link that I want people to "go to" when they click on the "word." They won't know what the link is to if they can't see the word/the url would only confuse them, none of the readers/users are very advanced users.
Thanks for your time and help,
Synthia

Hi Synthia,

It's not clear to me from your last reply whether the issue is now resolved, or there's something more (regarding other words) that hasn't been addressed.

If you were to make the hyperlink's display text 'Newsletters', then the technique I gave you would allow all the 'Newsletters' references to be active hyperlinks in themselves, without the need for a separate URL reference.

Having said that, if you want to retain 'Newsletters' and the separate URL references as indicated above, you could copy the URL to the clipboard, then use:
Find = Newsletters
Replace = ^& (^c)
