Multiple Files On Print
Because I am unable to embed fonts in a file I need to print to pdf. However, when I try to do that, word insists on making 3 separate files.
The name of my file is 2011 Archives. So it creates the following files: 2011 Archives 2011 Archives.2 2011 Archives.3 It does this when I use the print command and then save as PDF, or just save as PDF. Its the same problem. This is new. I've never seen this. I just bought and installed MS Office for 2011 for $150. Did I just pay the infinitely filthy disgustingly wealthy and happy bill gates yet another $150 for more problems? |
Are you using the built-in Save As PDF feature (I'm assuming this exists in MacOffice too)? Alternatively, you could try a third-party PDF converter; even freeware options do a good job.
