Checkbox is creating a new box when filled in
Howdy,
I'm having trouble filling in a check box in microsft word 2010. It seems that when I enter a check in the box another one appears by the of the checked box. The document is an application for a job so i would really like to get it correct to make a good impression.  I've attached a document showing how I check the box and the outcome. Many Thanks Nick
