Default Tables microsoft office 2010 need help

the height of each cell is a bit to much. i want the cell height to be just enough to fit the text "test" in the cell i tried specifing the row height in table properties but i can only go higher not lower anyone got an idea?

edit: nvm it turns out you have to change row height to "exactly"

Changing the row height to "Exactly" can work, but the reason for the row heights not collapsing when they were set at "At least" is most likely that your text has a paragraph spacing adding space below, or that you have an extra, blank paragraph in the row.
