Does anyone know if I could add notes & comments to files that I print for clients that would NOT print for them.

for example, I saw a client who is experiencing some marital difficulties - I'd like to be able to add an electronic note to her Word file that will pop up next time I open it to remind me of this BUT I'd be horrified if it printed on the file I print for her.

is there a way to add these?
