Hello,
I had Microsoft Word 2007 on my computer then had to uninstall and reinstall it because of a computer problem. Now it won't change "--" into " —" like it used to. When I used to do it all I had to add was the "--" and then enter down for it to convert into the full dash. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? Thanks kg28 |

Click the Office button and then click Word Options. In the Proofing category, click the AutoCorrect Options button. On the AutoFormat As You Type tab, select "Hyphens (--) with dash (—)." Click OK twice.
