Keyboard shortcut for Set Numbering Value
I use hierarchical paragraphs with styles to set paragraph numbering.
Sometimes I need to reset the numbering value. The way I do it now is right mouse-->numbering-->Set Numbering Value. However, I need to be able to this without using a mouse e.g. a keyboard shortcut or macro. I can't seem to find anyway to change the numbering value without using the mouse. Thanks for your help. You can assign a keyboard shortcut to the SetNumberingValue command: Click File tab | Options | Customize Ribbon. Click the Customize button to display the Customize Keyboard dialog box. Locate the SetNumberingValue in the "All Commands" category and specify the keyboard combination that you want. Make sure "Save changes to" is set to "Normal," and click the Assign button.
