Question Is there a way to save the options “that are set in the word environment” in the file

Is there a way to save the options “that are set in the word environment” in the file?
I wanted to keep the option “update fields before printing” checked regardless the computer I’m using! Is that possible?
For example, if the option “update fields before printing” is checked in “my computer at the work” then what I’m looking for is to have this option checked regardless the computer I’m using!
In other words, I need to have this option to be saved in the file but not the “Word” program!
Is that possible?
Thank you in advance,
Regards
Jamal

There is no easy way to do this that always works, regardless of which setting you want to export.

For settings stored in the registry, at least theoretically, you could save the registry entries for Word and import them on your work computer, but you may not have the correct access rights for doing this on your work computer.
