HELP: Microsoft Office won't save docs.
A friend of mine who has Word 2007 cannot save her documents. She told me that it either froze up or just gave her an error. Does anyone have any insights to this? Or do I need to give more information?

Ask her if she has tried repairing the installation. If that doesn't work, direct her to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/921541/en-us/ (Troubleshoot problems that occur when you start or use Word 2010, 2007, or 2003).
