Hello , I have this file and I need to arrange it in alphabetic order (not like right now in number orders ) but the numbers must remain there . I cant manage to do it .



Anyone can help me ?

There are several options for doing this. Here are two of them:
1. convert your text into a table with 2 columns then enter the numbers in column 1 and the descriptions in column 2. It's then possible to only column 2.
2. use automatic numbering instead of typing in the paragraph numbers. when you sort the numbers will remain in the correct order.

I really dont have experience ,I try it and didnt work because I dont find those options .Iam a newbie in M.Ofiice . If anyone can modify the file in first post for me I will be very glad .

Automatic numbering is the easiest method. I have attached a sample of your Word document and a PDF file showing you the button to use.

1. Select all of your text by pressing and holding the CTRL key while pressing the A key. Let go of both keys. If this is done correctly all of the content in your document will be highlighted as shown in the PDF file.
2. Click on the numbering button on the formatting ribbon - see the circled button in my attachment.
3. Click at the top of the document to "de-select" the text.
4. Delete all of the manual numbers

But I dont need number ordering but alphabetic order . I need all those titles (because they are titles ) to be rearanged in alphabetic order while numbers remain in place.

The value of automatic numbering is that when you sort the titles in alphabetical order the numbering remains in place.

Anyone can really help me to solve my problem ? I have attached 6 pages document in first post .

i don't know how much my suggestion is useful. the method is long but it does the work! You do need to use Excel to get the job done!
