I'm an old lady who's taking a run at 80. I bought my first computer in 1982 when IBM came out with their first PC. (Nowadays there's more memory in my watch!) In those days there were dozens of word processing packages and none of them were in the least intuitive and I had to memorize a bazillion keystrokes. When things became standardized I got incredibly lazy and only learn things on a need to know basis.

Anyway, thanks for helping me over this particular hurdle.
From one granny to another - good on you! Your computing background seems similar to mine but I'm still working with them so this stuff is still top of mind for me. Keep up the good work!
