How to change line height for marked text (in Word 2007)? ... as default for font?
Assume I mark (only) some paragraphs of a multi-page document in Word 2007.
How exactly can I change the line height ONLY for the marked part? How can I change the default line height for all (future) documents which use a certain font (e.g. Verdana)? Thank you Peter |

You can change the line spacing for a selection, but only for whole paragraphs, not for part of a paragraph.
To make changes for paragraphs in the selection, use the Paragraph dialog box: Right-click the text and choose Paragraph from the context menu. Look on the Indents and Spacing tab. If you frequently use specific line spacing with a particular font, create a style which incorporates these settings; you can then choose to save the document as a template for easy reuse of formatting.
