have a table in one page
Hi all,
I'm writing my PhD thesis, and I have a table smaller than a page. Is it possible to keep it on a page without splitting it two pages? I wouldn't prefer to type empty lines for fixing it. Thank you |

"Keep with next" applied to whole table rows, except for the final row of the table, should do the trick, yes.

It doesn't work, but it works with paragraph settings . Anyway thanks to you, I got it!

The 'keep with next' setting always works at the paragraph level. What you're doing when you apply it to a table is to keep the paragraphs in the table together, even though they may be in separate rows.

Indeed. It is even a requirement that you apply the setting to all paragraphs of text in a row for it to work.
