HI! I looked at your document and I am not sure how to go about it as it depends on your objective. personally if its only 6-7 pages I would do it manually. meaning without header and footer.

If your assignment calls for the use of headers then look at the help section titled "Make the header or footer different in each section or chapter"


As for you logo, just make it part of your header. Insert Picture when creating/editing your header.
