Default Words & letters half burried in a Text field in a table.

I have a customer (using a word form) who sees the letters and words of a field half buried in a row of about 0.2 in in height until he tabs 4 or 5 fields away then they show correctly. It prints alright, but the problem is that he cannot see if the words he is typing are correct or not and if you are at the end of the form you do not have additional fields to tab to. I know it starts over at the beginning of the form but that is annoying and wastes time. Not good for an attorney. He is using Word 2007 on Windows 7 the same as I use & I do not have that problem. It doesn't make sense can someone help?

Are the fields inside table cells, by any chance?

Yes. We have done this for years and are familiar with line spacing "before and after" etc. This problem seems to be unique to this one customer... that is what is so baffling.

PS and that it rights itself once he has tabbed several fields away... all in table cells.

Are you using table cells with a fixed row height? That could cause part of the text to disappear into the bottom of the cell if the font size is too large, which, in turn, could happen if a damaged font on the affected user's machine is being substitued.

If you want to, you could post the file (or relevant portions of it) here so we can have a look.
