How do I create an embedded hyperlink in key words in a word doc converted to a pdf?

Hi banccard,

If the links are already in the Word document, using Word's Save As > PDF should be sufficient. If you don't already have the links embedded, the only way to add them to a PDF after the event is via an application like Adobe Acrobat Pro.
