Yep, it's fully justified. I tinkered with it a little bit and had to give up on the automatic setting when it tried hyphenate "trials" as "tri- als". I switched to a different font (Sabon Expert BQ, 12pt, condensed 0.1pt) and that seemed to give full justification more to work with. I still have to manually hyphenate here and there, but that font/setting seems to have less spacing issues.
