Default Find in alphabetical order list

In Office 2010 I have a very long list (several dozen pages) of phrases in alphabetical order. If I am looking for one of the phrases that start with “S” is there a quick process to go to the “S” section of the list without having to scroll to the “S” section? Thanks in advance for any help here.
