Default 5487 Word cannot complete the save due to a file permission error

Hi all,

From Word VBA, we are trying to save a document to a mapped network share. The Word application is running from a Citrix server. At that time, we are facing the below error message -

5487 Word cannot complete the save due to a file permission error

However, if we open a blank MS Word document, and then open the doc which has macros and execute the macros, then the save works fine. So, the problem seems to occur only when a blank MS Word document is not left open.

What could be the problem?

Regards,
Ketan
