Default Question about VBA Find and Replace

I found a macro for VBA Find and Replace and one of the choices is to use a choices is to use a predefined list but I am having trouble setting one up. this is the website http://gregmaxey.com/VBA_Find_And_Replace.htm. Anyone have any idea how I would go about getting this to work.Thanks.
