Default Date Picker

Can anyone tell me if there is way of including a date picker within a userform...

I have two fields that require completion <Ref No> and <Date> which I then want to merge to form a single response, i.e.

Prompt...Enter Ref No.
Prompt....Enter Date....select from picker.

Submit response, which would be displayed as follows...

XXXX/22JUL11

where, XXXX = Ref No.
Date formatted as displayed

Hi Andy,

Right-click on the userform toolbox, choose 'Additional controls', then select the 'Mirosoft Date and Time Picker Control'. You can then add the control to your userform.

Thanks for your response, however I do not have the MS date picker in my tools list... Is there any way of downloading it?

Hi Andy,

AFAIK, it was added to the userform tools available in Office at least as far back as Office 2003, so you should have it.

AFAIK, it is not included in Office 2010. You can search for the file, MSCOMCT2.OCX, and see if you have it on your system. If you do, you can register it by following the instructions at:
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/...d-cd0e6411da94

If it is not on your system, go to: support.microsoft.com/kb/297381
