Hello,
I am creating a new template from an existing template available to me at work. When I open the template, I get 6 boxes that pop up that ask me to enter text. They are text field boxes. Is it possible to have all 6 field boxes in one screen, so in one popup? Do I need VBA programming knowledge to be able to do this? Thanks |

Hi gurp99,
Those prompts appear to be generated by FILLIN or ASK fields. You cannot combine those into a single form. For that you would need a userform and vba programming. See: http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Userforms/CreateAUserForm.htm http://www.vbaexpress.com/kb/getarticle.php?kb_id=184
