I want to delete a range between bookmarks which includes multiple tables. I get an error: 5904 can't edit range.

I found some references referring to a problem if there was a paragraph marker before (or was it after, or both?) between the table and bookmark. I've tried inserting some spaces on either side of the bookmark, that doesn't help, but really I don't know if it should or not. What should I be looking for as causing the error?

Also, the numbers that intellisense show for range start and end, how can I navigate to those in the Word GUI?

Hi Peter,

If I understand it correctly, you're not trying to delete a bookmarked range, but the range between two bookmarks. Correct? It would be helpful if you could post the code you're using (please use code tags for this).

As a matter of interest, is there a reason you're using bookmarks for this rather than Sections?
