![]() Hi folks, I am having a bit of trouble creating a form on Word 2007 and was hoping somebody would be able to help me. The form is currently set up without any restrictions. Due to ISO regulations which we are currently implementing at work, the form cannot run over one page and the boxes must fill the whole page. Also, when printed, it must not show the box "Click here to enter text" in any text boxes which haven't been filled in. When I enter the text boxes and set the editing restrictions to filling in forms only, this works, but when I start entering text into the boxes the form runs over 1 page. Please help! |

Hi Jamiesword,
If you put the various fields into tables with fixed-size cells (both width and height), the table structure will prevent the form's expansion.
