Default Form button to add more form

Hello,

I am new to VB and forms in Word but do have a little background in other computer languages and programs.

What I would like to do... I am making a form where a user has to fill in some information- lets say the form asks about his children and has a series of questions such as Name of child, Age, Sex, weight, hair color and favorite sport. I would like to make it so the user can fill this part out, and then hit a button (Add child) which will present the same form(blank). Is there a way to do this? If so, can you please point me in the correct direction or help me with this? Thanks in advance.
