Question HTMLOption control in a document

Greetings!

Please see attached a DOCX with HTMLOption controls.
I am calling for you help in finding answers on the following questions.

1) How do I find what type of control are HTMLOptions: ActiveX, VBA or something else?

1) How do I access to the advanced settings of HTMLOptions?
2) How do I break a link between two group, so I could set urgency and importance separately?

I appreciate getting your response.
