Hi, i need help that would auto populate when they selected an item from the dropdown list. Its not just a text but a list that they needed to comply if they select the item. Do i need to use VBA for this? or just the ctrl+F9 would do? I have attached a sample. Thank you!

Yes, you will need to use VBA for this.
There are plenty of examples on this forum if you do a search for the following words Dependent Dropdown Content Control Note: When working on the code for your document, you will need to make sure simple typo's don't cause the code to fail - refer to the Title on your Content Control.
