StrFileB does not resolve a valid filename. It should be

strFileB = "C:\Users\SR\OneDrive\Documents\FormProject2024\Fillable\From scratch\pdf\" & strFileA & ".pdf"
A web form would resolve most of your dilemmas, but whether it would be simpler I cannot say. I am not a web designer.
