Did you look at the example the OP provided? It seems pretty clear that he knows what he is looking for and there are at least a half a dozen in the example text. Your drive by replies that add nothing to the discussions are unnecessary and annoying.

No, I was attempting to find a string that starts with the letter "X" and ends in "Y", regardless of the letters or quantity of letters between the "X" and the "Y". That's why I searched for "X*Y".
