Macro runs much faster the second time it is run

I have a really long macro that when I run it the system pauses during execution for enough time for me to turn on my motivational audio.

But if I run it again immediately afterward it does it all in a split second? What is going on here?

Apparently your motivational audio works on your macro too.

Have you tried playing it to your computer before running other slow macros?
