Hi friends,

is it possible in Word to trigger an event every, let's say half an hour?
For instance, if I wanted to bug me to remind me to do a certain task every half hour could that be written in VBA?
Also being that this Mac would have to be run in the background as to say would it eat up system resources and slow Word down?
