Personally, I wouldn't use a building block content control. Instead add the galleries to the ribbon or your QAT. That way you can insert however many entries as you need.

Whilst the galleries cannot be renamed, you can change the label that is displayed if you add the gallery to the ribbon, but the gallery name shown in the Building Blocks Organiser will remain the same.
